TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing or using SENTINEL FORGE™ (“the Service” or “the app”), a product operated by ANQ LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

SENTINEL FORGE is a live production service available on the App Store, Google Play, and desktop. Features may be added, changed, or withdrawn as the Service develops. The Service is provided “AS-IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without uptime guarantees, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, or warranties of merchantability.

3. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

SENTINEL FORGE provides fitness and performance tracking for informational purposes only. Nothing in the app is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified physician before starting any training, nutrition, or recovery protocol — particularly if you are pregnant, managing an injury or medical condition, or taking medication. The app is not FDA-cleared. AI-generated recommendations are algorithmic outputs, not prescriptions. You assume all risk associated with any training, nutrition, or recovery actions you take based on app output.

Physical training carries inherent risk of injury. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, or difficulty breathing. Do not train through pain because a score, streak, or recommendation in the app suggests it — app output never overrides how you feel or what a clinician tells you.

4. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Parts of the app use large language models (Anthropic Claude) to generate training guidance, nutrition notes, recovery recommendations, and body-scan analysis. These outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors or hallucinations. You are responsible for evaluating any AI-generated guidance against your own judgment and professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

5. ACCOUNT + DATA

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for safeguarding your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. Users under 18 may use the Service, and should involve a parent, guardian, or coach in decisions about training load, calorie targets, and body-composition goals. Where your country sets a higher age for consenting to data processing, a parent or guardian must provide that consent — see the Privacy Policy. You may delete your account at any time via SETTINGS → ACCOUNT → DELETE ACCOUNT, or by following the instructions at /delete-account/.

6. BILLING + SUBSCRIPTIONS

SENTINEL FORGE is sold as a recurring subscription across several tiers. Prices, tier contents, and any introductory offer are shown at /pricing/ and in the app before you purchase. Where a free trial is offered, the length of the trial is stated at the point of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Each subscription renews for a further billing period — monthly or annual, whichever you selected — at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged at the start of each period, until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then, and partial periods are not refunded except where required by law.

How to cancel depends on where you bought it. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by that store and must be cancelled in that store’s own subscription settings — ANQ LLC cannot cancel or refund them. Refunds for store purchases are governed by Apple’s and Google’s policies. Subscriptions purchased directly are billed via Stripe and can be cancelled in-app under SETTINGS → SUBSCRIPTION.

Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel the subscription in the store it was purchased from, or billing continues.

Prices may change. Any price change applies from the next billing period after reasonable advance notice, and you may cancel before it takes effect. If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until payment succeeds.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Share your account credentials or permit unauthorized access.
• Attempt to exceed AI quotas through automation, token-limit probing, or account-splitting.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Service.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or to infringe the rights of others.
• Upload malicious code, conduct denial-of-service activity, or interfere with other users.

8. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, for suspected fraud, or for operational reasons with reasonable notice. You may terminate your relationship with us by deleting your account.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANQ LLC’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the prior twelve (12) months, or $100 USD, whichever is greater. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or personal injury, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. GOVERNING LAW + ARBITRATION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in the State of Wyoming. Any suit for injunctive or equitable relief shall be heard solely in the courts of the State of Wyoming. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class or collective action.

11. CHANGES

ANQ LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
