TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing or using SENTINEL FORGE™ (“the Service” or “the app”), a product operated by ANQ LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. BETA SOFTWARE

SENTINEL FORGE is currently in beta. Features may change, data may be reset during beta, and the Service is provided “AS-IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without uptime guarantees, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, or warranties of merchantability. Beta users receive Sentinel-tier access at no cost during the Open Testing period.

3. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

SENTINEL FORGE provides fitness and performance tracking for informational purposes only. Nothing in the app is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified physician before starting any training, nutrition, or recovery protocol. The app is not FDA-cleared. AI-generated recommendations are algorithmic outputs, not prescriptions. You assume all risk associated with any training, nutrition, or recovery actions you take based on app output.

4. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Parts of the app use large language models (Anthropic Claude) to generate training guidance, nutrition notes, recovery recommendations, and body-scan analysis. These outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors or hallucinations. You are responsible for evaluating any AI-generated guidance against your own judgment and professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

5. ACCOUNT + DATA

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for safeguarding your account credentials. You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service. You may delete your account at any time via SETTINGS → ACCOUNT → DELETE ACCOUNT, or by following the instructions at /delete-account/.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Share your account credentials or permit unauthorized access.
• Attempt to exceed AI quotas through automation, token-limit probing, or account-splitting.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Service.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or to infringe the rights of others.
• Upload malicious code, conduct denial-of-service activity, or interfere with other users.

7. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, for suspected fraud, or for operational reasons with reasonable notice. You may terminate your relationship with us by deleting your account.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANQ LLC’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the prior twelve (12) months, or $100 USD, whichever is greater. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or personal injury, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. GOVERNING LAW + ARBITRATION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in the State of Wyoming. Any suit for injunctive or equitable relief shall be heard solely in the courts of the State of Wyoming. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class or collective action.

10. CHANGES

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email. Continued use after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
