DELETE ACCOUNT
PERMANENT DATA REMOVAL
IN-APP DELETION
- Open the SENTINEL FORGE app on iOS, Android, or web (app.sentinel-forge.net).
- Sign in to your operator account.
- Navigate to SETTINGS → ACCOUNT → DELETE ACCOUNT.
- Confirm by typing your callsign.
- Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately.
CAN’T ACCESS THE APP?
If you cannot sign in, contact us with the email or callsign on your account. We will delete the account within seven (7) business days and confirm by email.
WHAT GETS DELETED
- Operator profile (callsign, email, demographics).
- Workout logs, check-ins, meal logs, recovery data.
- TALOS and FITREP historical scores.
- Body scan results (photos are never stored — they are processed in real time and discarded after analysis).
- Connected sensor data (Oura, Fitbit, Eight Sleep, Suunto, Withings, plus any wearable synced via Apple Health / Health Connect).
- Group memberships, friend connections, chat history.
- Subscription record (future-dated — no impact since beta is free).
WHAT IS RETAINED
- Aggregated, non-personal analytics (not tied to your account).
- Records we are legally required to keep (tax, fraud, billing disputes).
